Kids are excited to see visitors and some spend time along the trekker's way to ask money or food from passers-by. They are fun and even willingly pose for a photo opportunity.

The falls as I said is really beautiful! The waters that flow trough it is as cold as an ice It could relax the legs and weary feet.
How to go to Matigol Falls
Going there is easy. Ride a bus from Ecoland Bus Terminal bound to CDO. Drop off at Campo Uno in Arakan and ride a habal-habal to Sitio Inamong, Datu Ladayon. Register, get a guide and start hiking to the falls.
Fares and fees
Bus fare (Non-air) to campo uno = Php 85.00
Habal-habal to Sitio Inamong = Php80.00
Registration fee/head = Php 25.00
Local Tour guide fee/head = Php 50.00

5:00AM Departure Ecoland Bus Terminal
8:00AM Arrival Sitio Inamong
11:00AM Arrival Matigol Falls
1:00PM Start climb to the middle portion of the falls
2:00PM Arrival to the middle portion of the falls
2:30 PM Start climb to the top portion of the falls
3:30PM Back to Registration Area.
5:30AM Back in Campo Uno (You can rest and drink coffee at a nearby bakery before heading back to Davao City)
8:00PM Arrival Davao City
